When do my AI credits reset?
AI credits reset automatically every 30 days from your registration or billing cycle start date. Unused credits do not carry over to the next cycle.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you upgrade to Premium, you get 14 days of full Premium access at no charge. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you'll be charged based on your selected plan (monthly or yearly).
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. You'll continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier and your AI credits will be reset to 30 credits per month.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. When you cancel your subscription, you retain full access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].
Do unused credits carry over?
No. Credits reset every 30 days and unused credits do not accumulate. Credits are also non-transferable between accounts.
